How does JOIN's pricing work?

Our pricing scales with your hiring volume. You pick a plan — Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise — and the number of jobs you want to fill at the same time. Standard and Advanced bill monthly or yearly (2 months free when you pay yearly); Enterprise is custom-quoted on an annual contract.

What is an active job?

Accepted Answer

An active job in JOIN's platform refers to any job in either 'Online' or 'Offline' status, meaning the recruiting process is in progress. Online jobs are published and visible on job boards, accepting applications. Offline jobs are unpublished but still allow candidate management. Both count towards your plan's job limit. Once a job is successfully filled, you can archive it, and it will no longer count as an active job.

How does the free trial work?

The Standard plan includes a 14-day free trial with up to 5 active job ads and full access to essential multi-posting features. There is no risk of being charged by accident: the trial ends automatically after 14 days, and you are only billed if you actively choose to continue with a paid plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our flexible subscriptions allow you to cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I change the number of jobs or plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change the number of jobs or switch your plan at any time. If you reduce the number of jobs or move to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Increasing the number of jobs or switching to a higher plan provides immediate access and billing.

What is the difference between Basic and Advanced Multiposting?

Accepted Answer

Basic Multiposting offers essential reach, while Advanced Multiposting focuses on performance and targeted exposure to attract a higher volume of quality candidates faster. Basic Multiposting (included in the Standard plan) publishes your jobs to 15+ no-cost job boards — including Google for Jobs, talent.com, and others depending on job location. Advanced Multiposting takes your hiring further with optimised visibility and access to premium job boards. Attract qualified candidates faster and fill roles sooner. On average, companies using this receive up to 1.5x more applications compared to Basic Multiposting.
